You will ensure efficient and effective document control within the data center project, including storing, archiving, and tracking documents. The client is located in Norway. Over the next few years, a data center will be built there for a very special brand. The primary focus of this project is to assemble a diverse team of engineers with diverse backgrounds, with the ultimate goal of designing, realizing, and operationalizing a functional data center.
Function
– Implement and manage the document management system
– Classify, sort, archive, and manage all technical and non-technical documentation
– Oversee the document life cycle, including reviews, approvals and distribution
– Serve as an interface between different departments to optimize document flows
– Ensure version control and track revisions of documents
– Oversee compliance with corporate and legal standards in the documentation process
– Provide training for team members and stakeholders on the document management system
– Prepare periodic reports on the status of documents and any bottlenecks
– Assist with internal and external audits related to documentation
– Continuously improve documentation processes through feedback and analysis
Job Requirements
– Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
– Knowledge of document management systems and tools
– Basic knowledge of data center operations is a plus
– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
